SARMENT HOLDING LIMITED ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

Sarment Holding Limi ted (“SAIS” or the “Company”)(TSXv: SAIS), announced the voting result ing from its 2019 Annual General and Special Meet ing(the “Meeting”) held in London, Uni ted Kingdom. A total of 10,503,215 common shares were voted at the Meeting conducted on August 30, 2019, representing 33.03% of the votes attached to all out standing common shares at July 17, 2019 (“Record Date”).

“Today, Sarment Holding shareholders overwhelmingly approved the sale of its Company’s traditional wine and spirits distribution business (the “Transaction”) and the proposal to change the name from “Sarment Holding Limited” to “SAIS Limited”, which heralds a new era for us, reinforcing the trajectory of the Company towards a cutting edge technology business”, said Quentin Chiarugi , Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The completion of the Transaction and the name change are subject to approval of the TSX VentureExchange.
